EPNC: Please refer to our Order and Process Flowchart in our blog, http://www.epnc.blogspot.com EPNC will send an online invoice to their customer to confirm their orders.
3.Some customers may wonder why our prices are steeper as compared to other blogspots selling similar products?
EPNC: As we are not the direct suppliers of the stock, we are selling at the price which we are being billed, plus a little mark-up for the products
4.What are the charges which customers are liable for?
EPNC: Pre-Orders items -Customers are liable for the SHIPPING charges ( incurred when supplier shipped the goods to EPNC ) and POSTAGE charges ( the mailage, envelope, box when EPNC shipped the goods to customers).
InStock Items - Customer only need to pay for the POSTAGE chages
EPNC simply billed customers at cost for this kinds of fees.

6.How long do customers have to wait to receive their purchases?
EPNC: Pre-order , once spree is closed , it will take about 2-3weeks for the items to be despatched and reached EPNC and another +/-5working days for the goods to reach our customers. (i.e only if items are all available in stock . If supplier needed to do re-stocking it will take another 1 week , therefore we recommend our customers to give alternatives incase their choice runs out of stock)
For In-stock order which EPNC have stocks available on-hand, it will take about +/-5working days for the goods to reach our customers.
7.What if customers still have not received the goods despite a long wait and overdue of the estimated deadline as indicated by EPNC?
EPNC: The above deadline is only an estimation, not a 100% assurance. The duration also depends on the time taken which EPNC received the remittance from our customers and the despatch duration from our suppliers.
To prevent any mails lost in transit, customers are encourged to opt for an registered mail. In this case, EPNC will be able to provide the proof of postage receipts and check with Singpost on the missing items. If by normal postage, EPNC will not be able to check and hence not liable for any loss in transit.
