♥ QUESTIONS
• If buyer has any enquiry, you can send us a email to : enquiry2epnc@yahoo.com
• We will reply with 1-2 working days.
• Spree may take up to 1 month.
• Feel free to ask any questions to clarify your doubts.
• Customers are required to place order in EPNC website, by submitting the completed "ONLINE ORDER FORM" to EPNC

♥ PRICES
• Prices are fixed.
• All products do not include handling, shipping & postage. (unless stated)
• All prices are in SGD, Singapore Dollars (applicable for in stock items)
• NTD Exchange rate estimated *0.055 (applicable for Pre-Order Bags only )

♥ SHIPPING CHARGES (applicable for Pre-Order Spree Items only )
• The shipping charges needed to pay are divided among spree-ers per item. Therefore EPNC will consoldiate to save the shipping cost for spree-ers.
• > Estimated Shipping Charges per item:
1.Accessories - S$0.80-S$1.50/item
2.Belts/Shawls/Tubes/Spaghettis - S$1-S$1.50/item
3.Tops/Tees/Tunics/Cardigans/Vests - S$2-S$3/item
4.Shorts/Skirts/Leggings - S$2-S$3/item
5.Dresses/Jackets/Jeans/Long Pants - S$4-S$5/item
6.Bags/Shoes - S$5-S$6/item
(above are the guidelines on the shipping charges )

♥ HANDLING CHARGES (applicable for Pre-Order SpreeItems only)
• The handlings fee charges - S$1/item

♥ POSTAGE CHARGES
• Include Carton /Envelope
• Normal Postage – S$0.80 per accessories ; S$2.00 per bag
• Registered Postage – add another $2.24 (highly recommended incase of lost in transhipment)
• For parcel above 2kg – will follows the speedpost charges

• All Shipping and Postage Charges to be Borned by Buyers

♥ ITEMS
• Product measurements given are only approximate.
• All the products will be 80 - 90% similar to the pictures.
• The color of the products may also vary slightly from that observed in the pictures shown.
• Stock availability will only be confirmed once items reach EPNC
( This is because the seller has got other buyers as well, items that might be sold out by the time we order... )
• So please do not check the availability of your choice items
• Please indicate an alternative item in your order form so in case your choice went out of stock,EPNC able to get another alternative item for you :)
• If all fails, will do a refund.
• Strictly NO changes are allowed once we received your order form
• Spree Pre-Order > will take Approx 4-5 weeks to reach Singapore, will not take more then 4 weeks to reach you unless something crops up , which EPNC will update customers.
• In Stock will take Approx 5-7days to reach our customers.

♥ REFUND/ EXCHANGE POLICY
• Due to oversea bulk purchase, items are not exchangeable or refundable.
• Please do not ask for refunds/ exchanges if the items do not fit you or if the design of the item is not up to your expectations.... There's nothing EPNC can do as the seller don't allow refunds or exchanges now so please choose wisely.
• Do keep in mind ' Colour might turn out different due to lighting of the pictures etc... '
• Exchanges or Refund are not applicable if item received at customer end is defect as EPNC had check and assure all items in good condition and properly packed before despatching .
• EPNC is not held liable for any postage lost or damaged made by Singpost .
• Refund will only be made if paid item is out of stock.
• Shipping and handling charge imposed for the exchange/refund items will be paid by the customer
• Spree > EPNC has NO responsibility of defects, damage, wrong item/size/color sent from oversea suppliers.
• Spree > EPNC has NO responsibility for parcel lost during transhipment from country of origin to Singapore.


1.EPNC is not liable for any parcel that is lost in the mail. Hence, customers is advisable to opt for registered mail.EPNC have the rights to void any order if no payment was received within the next 2 days after the invoice is issued. Please inform EPNC once payment is made inorder to speed up the processing
2.EPNC reserves the rights to cancel the spree if response is poor and buyers will be refunded for the amount they have paid initially.
3.EPNC reserves the rights to amend the terms & conditions, therefore customers must READ the terms & conditions before placing orders.
